Note:
1) Patentability Search report covers the main features of the present invention that can be claimed for protection and other patentability criteria as per Indian Patent Act, 1970.
2) In case of Sl No. 1 and/ or 2, 50% of the total professional fee will be charged as advance payment and remaining 50% of the total professional fee can be paid within 10 days from the date of receiving the search report and/ or specifications.
3) In case of Sl No. 1 to 6, 25% of the total fee will be charged as advance payment, 50% of the total fee can be paid within 5 days from the date of receiving the search report and/ or specifications and remaining 25% of the total fee can be paid within 1 week from the date of filing an Indian Patent application.
